Today Y.O.D.O. attended the University of Southampton Staff Benefits Fair for the first time. It was a reminder that the best way to talk about care is in person, with honesty and no shortcuts.

The conversations were the best part
Talking about Y.O.D.O. in person, and listening to your stories, is the whole reason we do this. It is also what Y.O.D.O. is built on. Noticing the people we care about, and caring enough to act before life gets in the way.
No sign-up sheets, no data capture
We did not collect anyone's details on the day. No sign-up sheets, no data capture, no cheap tricks. Privacy sits at the heart of what we do. So it meant a great deal that many of you chose to sign up on your own afterwards, in your own time.
