    Anyone who meets these simple criteria can start a free trial:

    Age requirement

    You must be 18 or older to create an account. Accounts for minors are not available.

    Start your 14-day trial without entering any payment details. Your card is never needed upfront.

    One trial per person

    Each individual is entitled to one free trial. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional trials is not permitted.

    14-day duration

    The trial lasts 14 days from the day you create your account. You will have full access to all features in your chosen plan.

    What to expect

    During your trial

    • Full access to all features in your selected plan
    • Set up check-in schedules and add Delegates
    • Create and seal messages for Recipients
    • We may send reminders as your trial nears its end

    When your trial ends

    • If you add payment details during your trial, your subscription starts automatically unless you cancel before then
    • If you do not add payment details, your account reverts to non-subscribed status
    • Check-ins stop and Delegates are not contacted
    • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe

    Who is not eligible

    • Users under 18 years of age
    • Those who have previously used a trial (one trial per person)
    • Users attempting to create multiple accounts

    Friendly reminders

    We may send you a few reminders as your trial nears its end. These help ensure you do not lose access unexpectedly. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but trial-related notifications are transactional.
